The Balalaika Guest Homes are 6 newly built vacation homes located near Guerneville, CA (Rio Nido), each are 2 story, 2 bedroom, with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and large living room. The standard layout has one king size bed, the other with a queen, and a futon in the living room to sleep 4-8 adults comfortably. WIthin a mile from the vacation rentals, there is the Russian River, beaches, wineries, cafes, shops and a 24 hour Safeway. The coast is just 25 minutes away. The townhouses are beautifully furnished with a warm and friendly charm, welcoming you underneath the treetops of our magnificent Redwoods.
Each house includes upper and lower grand balcony redwood decks built around towering redwood trees, one balcony for the master bedroom and the other seated above just off the living room--making it ideal for barbecues and outside family dinners.
